Biltong powder is simply finely shedded or ground biltong. It’s amazing on in so many dishes. Sprinkle on scrambled, poached or fried eggs. Sprinkled on salad or use as part of a creamy salad dressing. Great in a normal cheese sandwich or extra filling in a toasted or grilled cheese sandwich.
